Randy, a computer science major, logs in dozens of hours a week in the computer lab on campus. Those who know him well know they will find him there, typing on his personal laptop computer used for classroom and assignment purposes. The display consists of Braille, and Randy interprets the information he has typed in and on the screen from a special voice-activated program. |
